During this winter intensive we will work on the 2nd prelude of the Shadow Yoga School of Hatha Yoga. The strong leg work and use of standing forward bends, as well as the warrior stances and surya namaskar, promote inner heat and the sense of “going in”. This prepares the student for the appropriate seated activity and each class will build on the previous lesson. Both those new to yoga and with experience are welcome to attend. Price $100 for the 5 classes. Mats can be hired for $1 per class.

Payment is to be made before the start date of the course either by cash or bank transfer to secure your place. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 36 hours before the commencement of the first class.
